Account Support Specialist (15 Openings)
Location: Lincolnshire / Deerfield, IL & Aurora, IL
The Account Support Specialist is responsible for handling incoming calls from LTD Commodities, ABC Distributing, and Lakeside Collection customers. The Account Support Specialist utilizes excellent communication/telephone and customer service skills to meet the needs of the customer. A balance temper and behavior will exemplify excellent stress management. Agents will take calls that may range from placing orders to inbound collection calls. The Account Specialist will also perform all duties of an Order Specialist and a Customer Care Agent as well.
Qualified candidates for this position will possess:
- High School Degree
- College a plus
- Past Customer Service experience
- Call Center experience a plus
