HR Receptionist
Location: Aurora, IL
The position of Human Resources Receptionist is responsible for answering phones, greeting visitors and vendors, answering employee’s questions, and other office duties. The HR Assistant will be supporting and working closely with the HR Manager and the HR team.
The ideal candidate will hold his/her work to the highest integrity, be punctual and sharp. He/she should have the proven ability to multi-task in an extremely fast paced environment. Must be pro-active, detailed, task-oriented, and have a can-do attitude.
Qualified candidates for this position will possess:
- Bilingual Spanish
- Basic office skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work within a diverse environment
